Producer, songwriter and the person behind ELFCAT.
Hey, I’m Miri (Mirianna). I’m a producer and songwriter based in Bristol, and ELFCAT is my artist development, music promotion and mentoring business.
I studied Creative Music Technology at Bath Spa University, then spent years playing in bands, producing music under various pseudonyms and working in studios around Bristol. Along the way, I saw first hand how little support emerging artists get.
So I set out to become the kind of advocate I once needed. Through ELFCAT, I give artists real education, resources and visibility, so they can find their own way in the music industry with confidence.

As a woman in music, I’m passionate about supporting female, queer and underrepresented voices in the music industry. Everyone is welcome, as long as you share my belief in equality and creativity without judgement.
Built around you
There’s no one-size-fits-all in music. I work with independent creatives at every stage, from artists taking their first steps to professionals refining their craft, and every session is shaped around your goals.
Why a cat in headphones?
My logo is a sphynx cat wearing headphones. I love cats, and it’s a reminder that being a little different is far more interesting than being “normal”. Your music should sound like you.

My studio business in Bristol. I’m a music producer, recording engineer and mix engineer, and I make the studio feel like your own space.
Audio Tutor
Private one-to-one music production lessons. I’ve been teaching through Audio Tutor for over 8 years, to students across the UK and beyond.
